Once you commence your faculty appointment, you are strongly encouraged to start tracking all your clinical scholarly activities and teaching. Please be certain that these activities are being recorded regularly in your Curriculum Vitae (CV) via the Faculty of Health Sciences Database (FHS-DB), as well as in a teaching portfolio and clinical activities portfolio (refer to guidelines below). This will help ensure you are well positioned for success in your academic review.
Please visit the FHS-DB website for additional information on preparing a CV in McMaster format and for details on requesting a training session for you and/or your staff.
